Been with Wells Fargo for many years. I use the Atlee Road branch and have never had a problem. Very Courteous!

I highly recommend not going to the Atlee Road Wells Fargo Branch and I advise people to try to switch to another bank corporation. Because apparently ever since Wells Fargo bought Wachovia, their Egos seem to get in the way of good customer service and knowledge of the way a bank system should work.
If you are coming to this Wells Fargo, then be prepared for a really long wait! Tellers are extremely slow!
This is a great Branch with a great team. Never had an issue with service every time I go in there.
I went into this Atlee Rd. branch store and the employee named Marcelous who I spoke with before and didn't help me; attempted to have my mother removed from both my bank accounts. My mother was present and we both signed the documents and then he says, "you wanted your mom off this account too right?" I said "which one?" and he proceeds to turn his computer around and show my mother & I my account that she has already been removed from. COMPLETELY unprofessional and when I called him the next day about him not getting my address correct, I told him he shouldn't do that to customers in the future and he didn't even say sorry!
Wells Fargo customer service at this location, fraud department, and customer service department all do not give the correct information out to their customers. They made mistakes after mistakes on my account and did not care when I told them I was going to switch banks because of how poorly they treat their customers and how they attempt to fix problems. All 6 representatives I spoke with did not care about the mistakes and complications I had to endure because of Wells Fargo over the past month.
