I'm on the fence with this one. I used to think this was the best car wash it's ever been to, but not so sure anymore. I pay about $40 for my car wash, and have recently decided that they rush through it. My navigation screen is never wiped and often times I have to ask about my cup holders. Recently, a lever was broken on my passenger side vent system. No one told me, and I didn't realize it for a week, so I didn't go back. The broken piece was left in the bottom of the vent area. I think that was a bit dishonest. I'm sure whoever worked on my car got what they wanted... I didn't notice and they were of the hook. Trying to find a replacement!
I started coming to this car pool about 6 months ago every month. When I first started coming here they were great. The last three times I have been here they left spots all over my car, they don’t clean the window, thecup holder never get vacuumed or wiped out, my dash board stays dusting, they never take the carpet out to vacuum under the mats and my license plates always have bugs on it. I always pay for 45.00 dollar car wash and I can say I will not be coming back after this time. They did give me a gift for a free wash but I’m just fed up the last few washes I’ll pass.
Clean facility and busy but friendly staff. Overall good bang for the buck.
Reasonable prices for a complete cleaning. Much more enjoyable than doing it myself. Quality can suffer a bit when they are slammed which is understandable.
Staff is good at what they do happy with the inside and out of car even though they are busy they took time to do extras to my car very personalized service these cats crank out cleean cars no matter the work load thanks for the good time yall!
They did a great job cleaning my truck and making it as shiny as ever. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and polite.
