Cashier was great! Was apologetic about problems with cash register. Other cashiers had problems. Lines backed up.

Guy who looked like manager or supervisor stood at front and took no action.

I've been using the online grocery and free pick-up service since early September. From the start, items were missing from my first order and I had to call customer service to get a refund. Because I like the idea of this service, I gave Walmart the benefit of the doubt and used their service a few more times. Within a month of using this "free" service 4 out of 5 times, items were missing from my orders. I would then have to call the customer service number again and get refunds. This completely defeats the purpose of using this service. It would be easier for me to continue going to Food Lion as it's actually closer to me than Walmart, but I like the idea of saving time as I have a kids. The icing on the cake was today when I drove to Wal-Mart to pick up my groceries, one-third of my items weren't in my order when I got home--RIDICULOUS! When I called customer service yet again, the refund came to $45 which is unacceptable. "Free" doesn't mean free in time wasted by going back to the store to get the missing items or in calls/emails. The rep said that Sunday is their busiest day, which I get, but if they know this, then wouldn't common sense come into play and they beef-up their staff??? It crosses my mind when so many items go missing that either someone is getting extra groceries in their trunk, the staff has sticky fingers or too lazy to get them in the first place. They offered me a $15 return customer promo coupon in the event I want to try to use their service again, but they can keep it as I won't be using their inconvenient grocery pick up service. It is a total joke!!! Once again, I thought I would try Walmart, but every time I go for ANYTHING, it's always a nightmare!! INEPT ALL AROUND!!!

Typical Walmart, found food prices to bring very competitive, lower, produce was varied and plentiful. Self checkout was easy, assistance when needed was quick, merchandise seemed to be well stocked and neatly displayed.

I was in cashier line 20 minutes, behind two people.

Busy store.

Employees at check could be more pleasant. After all, no customers no job. It should not be painful for someone to smile and say thank you, come again.

Always busy but usually pretty quick on getting in and out if needed. Great inventory right now for Christmas.
