Every one is just so nice, and told me that I needed surgery and I needed it quick, so they said they would let me make payments. Everyone is so helpful.
Dr. Cross is one of the best doctor's I have ever seen. He is an expert in his field. I recommend him 100%!
Dr. Cross was real nice and professional when I was there. When I left his office I asked if I could pay the bill at that time. Was told would have to wait until it goes through my insurance. Was OK with that until the only bills I got came from a collection agency the following month with no information on it that you could not identify with the doctor that you went to see. I have an issue with a doctor a group or business that automatically sends your bill to a collection agency. When talking to his billing office that was a joke in its self.
