We have been going to this Great Clips for years, and have come to rely on Asia to cut our hair (Donna as back up, if Asia is not there).

Went by great clips at rutland today. Didn't have a great experiance. My hair was not cut properly and when getting home i had to shave the back of my neck. Never had a bad experience in the past but unfortunately my family and I will not be returning.
I've been to Great Clips for years & Donna always cuts my hair with perfection.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The haircut that i received was uneven, blotchy, there was no fade, it stepped directly from a 1 a 3. The haircut looks sloppy and did not conform to military standards. I would also would like to point out the stylist acted as if she did not care or was under the influence of something.
Also, there have been a couple times in the last 10 years when the haircut wasn't exactly perfect... you know, like when you notice a missed cut the next day after taking a shower and doing your own blow dry!? Never, ever had a problem going back up there and pointing out the concern, and then getting immediate and free touch up to correct whatever I found. They are super nice about that there.
Lastly, the Kroger next door often has a coupon on the back of there receipt that can save like $3 to $5! sometimes we will just go into Kroger to buy a soft drink in order to get the Great Clips coupon, then head over to get a haircut. Hey... whatever works!
We just check-in online and hit the road when it tells us it is time to get going.
I did not ask her to fix anything further due to her possibly making it worse and there were no other stylists available at the time.
The online check-in process is something that we did not originally take to, but now will not go there without doing it. This location can be busy, and online reservations get preference.
After stating the above information I will no longer go to to Great Clips and will ensure that my military family and co-workers do not have the same experience I did. I will be going to another business to fix the terrible work of the stylist.
