horrible customer service. I submitted a claim for a tow, and no one ever followed up now i can't get reimbursed. The agents don't want to do more tan they have to IE Nicole & Taylor. all they want is to sign people up for their policies so they can make their money they don't care about anything else. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now and no one wants to do their jobs.
