First the Office Manager Tom calls me and is impatient when he is the one that called ME while I was collecting my autistic child from his school. When I asked questions, he was beyond condescending, his attitude that he could careless JUST-DO-WHAT-I-SAY manner doesn't work for me. Now, I know why everyone hates lawyers. Then Harbison calls me himself and I tell him about Tom's unprofessional demeanor and he states "he didn't call to rehash all that" so I told him if he didn't care about his own business, then I don't either, cancel everything. I seen these other posts here and I cannot believe it. I don't believe them. There is no way Tom interacts with these people and they are fine with being spoken to and blown off. My experience with this firm tells me that I cannot trust them as their representatives are not responsible or respectful. Actually, I spoke to two different women there and THEY seemed to be all that I could ever want in a law firm, too bad I got lousy unprofessional priapic Tom.
Please also read the common thread of complaints in "Alpha Omega" review that references the disrespectful derogatory conduct I guess that these guys feel they are entitled subject their clients to.
Mr Harbison and his team were the perfect combination of compassion and professionalism. I was injured at work and he walked me through the work comp process with great patience, educating me to the Virginia codes. I felt prepared every step of the way and very pleased with outcome. I could not recommend more highly.
Degrading and demoralizing me on a regular basis regarding my mental disabilities. Even the receptionists regularly took those liberties. I was scum to all of them. Arguing and saying they are not arguing. There's a term for this tactic "gaslighting." Another term for other elements of their behavior toward me, "victim blaming."
I had a bad fall at work and Mr Harbison has been in my corner. He is very professional and vigilant in the handling of my case. He listens to what you have to say. When he says that he will check on information or resources for you, it is as good as done. I would recommend him to any one needing an attorney.

Fake a s s reviews. "Dawn Condon" please!!!! maybe if you guys would stop writing fake Google reviews and help your clients, you wouldn't be at such odds with us, who ironically are the ones putting food on your tables. But that would make actual sense, so you won't. Obvs
A quote from Sean before hanging up in my face a couple of weeks before my hearing. That's really what these guys are about. How horrible their lives are that they have to help us awful people out. I wish I would not have encountered this place.
