If you have been to a waffle house before you know what to expect for the most part. Quick service, hot and well made food and of course low prices. Most waffle houses seem the same, but this is definitely one of the better ones. I only wish they had tables a little bigger for families.
Kind home felt staff. Genuinely respectful of guests and each other. Great food.
It's Waffle House, you go here for a fast decent breakfast. The service is always FAST and the food is good. I also love all the drama, you can see an interesting collection of characters that doesn't mind airing their dirty laundry. Especially after midnight, the real freaks hit the place after drinking, always a good show
We sat in a booth & waited & waited & waited. There was one waitress & one cook. We got there around 9:30 & left at 10:00. We were NOT acknowledged when we came in. We were NOT asked what we wanted to drink. The waitress was helping a customer that came in for a take out order. She took their order, gave the cook their order, WAITED for their food to be cooked. Packed it up & gave it to them. We got up to leave about the same time as the "to go" customers were leaving, THEN the waitress noticed us & tried to explain that she was the only one working. There were 2 other people, that had already been served, us & the "to go" customers there. There was NO excuse for either her OR the cook to at least acknowledge our presence. (The cook passed us at least 3 times!) She should have at least come to rhe table & asked what we wanted to drink while she was waiting for their food to cook! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! We will NOT be back! (By the way, this is the 2nd Waffle House we've gone to in the last 2 weeks & the 2nd one we've walked out of. I don't know what has become of the beloved Waffle House of the past!!)
My wife and I always have great experiences at Waffle House. This location never disappoints with good, cheap food and great service, even when they're super busy.
