I love being in the kitchen. We have the best boss. Everyone who works in the kitchen are family. We work well together. I love our residents. It is a pleasure to me to get to know each and every one of them.
I've been an employee for the last 2 years. I oversee the clinical nutrition and have a passion for what I do. we strive for excellence in all that we do and I am very proud of my dietary team for the compassion they show our residents. I feel blessed to be part of a residents road to recovery. I am proud to be part of the Hanover team
As an employee of MFA for 15 years I have had the opportunity to work/visit many of our facilities, when the opportunity to join the team at Hanover came my way I was grateful, today I am Thankful and Proud to call Hanover my home. I work daily with a TEAM that is not only Resident focused and compassionate but cares about each other like family. TEAM HANOVER ROCKS!!
All in all, I wouldn't take my dog there. BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE THERE WHO CANNOT ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES!!!
As soon as you walk in the doors you feel the warmth and friendliness of this facility! I have been there many times and at different times of the day and have always been greeted and helped.
I would give it no stars if I could. It really should be under investigation! It is like pulling teeth to get someone to do their job. When I asked Angel to get my mema her medication, she was very rude and she kept saying "I will in a minute." I asked her 3 time, she never did it. She never got her breathing treatment either. And they tried to give her her medications in pill form by shoving it in her mouth, when it clearly stated in her file that she had to have her medications crushed in yogurt because she cannot swallow pills! They were just lazy and didn't care.
