Very rude on the phone
I called to see if they had anything available to get my dog groomed and before I could even finished me sentence they cut me off and told me they didn't have anything available until April in the absolute rudest way. I will never consider taking my dog here again. They should really learn what good customer service is. Very disappointed.
Fantastic place. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. This was the first time I had dropped my Toller off anywhere to be groomed. Typically I can take care of her at home, but the Holidays were just a little too busy. My girl came back looking fantastic. Not only that but she was so happy to be with the staff running back and forth and wanting to play. It was obvious that they had taken their time to let her get to know them and to get to know her. I have never gotten her to look so good at home. I will defiantly be bringing her back!
We have loved this place in the past, but they are no longer open on Saturday and they never seem to answer the phone. Time to find a new groomer for my two dogs!
