Don't want to pile on , but this may be one of the worst managed restaurants in the metro Richmond area hands down! The good news for this location is that they are located on a food Desert and the residents really don't know any better, or have just given up all together. Food is good, when you finally get it and to add to this cautionary tell , you just hope they get it right for one time. Consistently out of one item or another and the staff always seems bothered that have to actually serve or wait on coustomers. This location will someday benefit from some good ole fashion competition and some great leadership!
Rude customer service! The slowest Bojangles I've ever been to. This was my second chance on this branch, I'll NEVER come back again.
After waiting 15 minutes at a FAST food restaurant, the biscuits were burnt and the sausage gravy was a ripped up sausage patty in cloudy water. Not appetizing at all. This Bojangles was never great in terms of wait time but at least the food made up for it. Not anymore.
Go across the street to the clean place that's happy you walked into eat.
Terrible.... waited over 10 minutes to just have order taken... Not because it was that busy but because the employee taking orders kept walking away after taking an order.... then waited over 20 minutes to receive our order only for it to be wrong. At this point we didn't care was just hungry. Sat down to eat to cold bo rounds and the wrong biscuits..... Finally when we were leaving went to refill our sweet teas and they had no ice. We just gave up and left.
Employees had attitudes, food took over 15 minutes to come and was nearly room temperature. Over half the tables in dining area were filthy despite having more than enough employees with nothing apparently to do.
