Everytime I come here they always take at least 10 minutes to get my food ready, thats WAY too much time, especially considering there is never a line, wonder why. I do not recommend coming here, customer service is not too bad but the food is never that good and the prices are way too high for the food quality.

Tried the Power Mediterranean salad. Sucks. Food attendant wore NO GLOVES.

They forgot to put my sandwich in the bag, so I go back to get it. No big deal everyone makes mistakes. They give me a sandwich so I head out, it's not even close to what I ordered! So I go back again, I ask for my money back for the inconvenience of having to return not once but twice and losing out on half of my lunch break. I was told there was no manager on duty so they couldn't refund me they could only give me my sandwich or upgrade it to the double.. so I take my sandwich and go to the car. I call into the store and ask to speak to the manager and the person who answers says she is the manager. So I tell what happened and she calls me a liar and says there isn't even anyone on the front counter that's a female that I've described and starts raising her voice and shouting. Then has the nerve to hang up while I'm speaking. I have called into the corporate office to file a complaint! Worst fast food place I've ever been to. Will not be returning.
Should have read other reviews before stopping here. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Not too busy, but employees don't seem thrilled. What really turned me off was the place smelled like ass as soon as I walked in. I've been in rest stop restrooms that smell better. I was hungry as heck, but was grossed out enough by this place that I ignored the growl in my stomach and left quickly.
